From the Regensburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), you can take bus lines 1, 2, 4, 6, 11, 13, 17, 20, 21, 30 to the 'Arnulfsplatz' stop, which is a short walk from the bridge. Alternatively, bus lines 5, 9, 12, 15, 19, 26, 27, 28, 31 will take you to 'Dachauplatz', which is also within walking distance.
